Yoga, Reiki and Breathing with Justice

Justice is a certified yoga teacher and she understands that sometimes a big class isn't for everyone. 

Justice offers a one to one yoga session to address your personal needs and situation.

Or maybe a small group of close friends rather than a full class is more your style. Justice also offers a small group class of up to 3 people. 

1 to 1 class - 1 hr $50

small group - 1 hr $75

price to be split between 2-3 attendees

Note - yoga space is on the second floor of Shimmer Hair Spa and is only accessible by stairs

 Reiki is an energy-healing practice that many people describe as deeply calming and therapeutic.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping many known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
