Hi, I'm Kathie - Board Certified Trichologist, Hair loss Specialist, Licensed Cosmetologist, Educator and Hair Health Coach in Maryville, TN.
I enjoy helping others, which has made my Cosmetology career so rewarding. I have always been an information junkie which is what led me to advance my skillset and become a Trichologist. Over my many years as a Hair Stylist I have seen hair loss increase at an alarming rate, in all ages and genders. When seeing major and often sudden changes to a client's hair I would advise them to visit a Doctor or Dermatologist but too many came back with out answers. This led me on my information deep dive. I wanted to learn how to help my clients struggling with hair loss, hair changes and scalp conditions.
Becoming a Trichologist allows me to take a holistic approach to hair and scalp health, focusing on lifestyle changes, nutrition and natural treatments. A Hair Analysis Test can be a stand alone appointment or added to your Hair & Scalp Assessment appointment. I will need to tweeze 4 hairs from the back of your head which will be mailed to a lab that will give us a detailed 30 page report of your hair analysis in about 7-10 days. We will book a follow up appointment to review your deficiencies and you will receive a 90 day plan to help address any deficiencies.
A Hair Analysis test is also a great tool for anyone wanting insight into their health.
